MASAVA Ultrasonic Sour is a waterbased sour cleaning product for cleaning cut and polished applications from grinding remnants and much more by using ultr sound. Applications could be brass, silver, stainless steel, steel and other.
Use
Masava Ultrasonic Sour should be mixed with water, 3 % solution.
Ad the solution to the ultrasonic bath, heat to 40 – 60 degrees celsius. The effect should in principle be 10 W pr. ltr solution. The objects to be cleaned are lowered into the bath for 1,5 – 4 minutes, depending on the soilage. It is important that the objects are keept in motion. Rinse after using Masava Ultrasonic Neutral in a 0,5 % concentration as to neutralize the objects.
