Properties
MASAVA Max is an alkaline cleaning agent, dilutable with water. Effectively removes oil, grease and dirt from all kinds of applications such as engines, machinery, deck, floors, filters and exhausters. Do not use on glass surfaces. Will cause mattering to glass unless precautions are taken. Rinse thoroughly with water.
The product can be used in an oil separator.
Use
Diluted with cold or lukewarm water in ration 1:10 – 1:100. Apply dilution with cloth, brush, sponge or high-pressure cleaner. Filters are immersed.
Correct dosage is cheaper and will minimise strain on the environment.
Specifications
The product is an aqueous solution of non-ionic tensides, glycolether, silicate and calciumbinding agent.

Personal Safety
Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection during handling. Nitril rubber gloves may be used. Using spray (high-pressure cleaner) tight fitting safety glasses, or possibly facial mask or respiratory equipment must be worn.
References
MASAVA Max is specifically developed according to the newest international standards for degradability and discharging into sea environments. The product is approved by as well the Norwegian, British and the Dansih authorities.
It is used on Danish and Norwegian drilling rigs, where high environmental requirements of chemicals are demanded, and as a more environmental concerning alternative than the traditional MASAVA Offshore cleaner.
The product also finds many applications onshore among these as an effective primary product before painting.
